HomeAxis is a family owned company, with decades of experience in the construction industry. In 2012 HomeAxis was specifically established to play an important role in the rapidly expanding modular home market. In this time we have earned the respect of the building industry with our excellent workmanship, superior quality and design, and after sales service.

Since HomeAxis was founded, the company has constructed and delivered units across Victoria and New South Wales, and has secured its place in the market with its innovative, exceptionally well-designed, and sustainable modular homes.

We cater for a range of both domestic and commercial applications, whether it be a flat for mum and dad out the back; a teenage retreat; the home office or gym; housing for caravan parks; or the infamous man cave. Due to the unique nature of our building strategies, HomeAxis homes are suitable for a wide variety of projects.

HomeAxis will build your home through to completion inside our factory at Healesville, Victoria, and then transport it to your desired location anywhere in Australia. Our standard range of designs begin with the petit one bedroom unit, to the grand three bedroom villa. You can also customise your modular home, join several together to form a larger space, or add a second storey to save on space.

HomeAxis can construct your pre-fabricated home within three months, from the time we receive the building permits. Being registered builders, we can obtain all necessary permits on your behalf too. Once your unit is completed we deliver and install it for you, which minimises the amount of required on-site work. All of our cabins are constructed from eco-friendly materials, so rest assured knowing that your new cabin has been built with the environment in mind.

Our units are constructed on an engineered sub-floor system, with timber wall and roof construction, as well as substantial additional structural components. This adds strength to alleviate the stresses imposed in freight. This also means our units are significantly stronger in their construction compared to traditional homes, at a fraction of the cost.

If you can’t find what you need, we also offer a bespoke service to customise the unit just for you. Plus, if you find you no longer need the unit you can sell it and transport it to another location, easily.
